I’m absolutely obsessed with food—eating it, cooking it, and sharing it. My love for cooking started in my Punjabi household, where my mum’s (Mama Ji) has been whipping up incredible dishes for over 60 years and passed down her recipes (along with some strong opinions on how to chop onions).

Since then, I’ve taken that love for food on the road, learning new flavors and techniques from my travels around the world. From bustling spice markets to street food stalls, every bite has inspired me. I’ve been running supper clubs across London since 2019, blending those global influences with my Punjabi roots.
